Unity Friends with Flair Friday

I am making these fun little covers for 2 year planners for a craft show next weekend!!  I got a little over zealous and bought about 40 of them - no way I will have them all done! I still need to do more cards too!  The first one uses a stamp from the October KOTM.  The second one is Ippity Love in Return (a great set which I happen to have in stock!!) and the last card uses my new set Hugs and Kitties isn't is so cute!!! Head over to the Unity blog to see the list of Friends participating!

Blogger had a tough Monday

I guess we can forgive them though!! My Ippity Hop Card was done and ready to go yesterday but I couldn't get it posted. I'm so sorry to anyone who hopped by earlier. This card is headed to Unity (along with several others) to be included with the Operation Write Home card campaign that my fellow Ippity Chicks are involved in. What a great cause - check out more information here.  And to see the list of all the other Ippity Hop participants and a brand new Ippity Challenge click here.

I used Angie Blom's fabulous tutorial to make this fun flower!! PS I Love You (from the Love in Return Ippity set which I have in stock check the Ippity tab at the top of the page)  is stamped in the Unity Brown (it looks black in the picture for some reason) the background stamp from A Moment in Time (also in stock!!)  is stamped with VersaMark ink and then chalked with light brown chalk. I added a pretty border, ribbon and stitched around the card to finish this off.  I wanted to go with colors I thought a male soldier would like but with a feminine touch if he is sending it to his wife/mom/daughter, etc. Let me know what you think!  Have a great Monday :)

h{Ippity} hop Monday

Hope everyone had a fabulous Easter!! Mine couldn't have been better!!  This 2 page layout is part of what I will be teaching at our May 1st Retreat.  I loved using this new Pink Paisley paper!! It is gorgeous for any type of pictures! Of course it is perfect for cards too.  I used Ippity stamps from Love in Return and Life's Little Moments.  Both of these kits are awesome for scrapbooking!  If you would like to purchase either of these kits or any other Ippity kit, send me an email - I would love to send some your way.  If you want to make sure you get signed up for the May 1st Retreat - send me an email about that and I will get the information out to you.  Have a great Monday.

PageMaps Sketch Challenge Layout from ACOT

A Cherry on Top is a fun online store that I like a lot.  It has fun challenges every month and online crops every so often. I made a layout using a PageMaps Sketch for this Challenge. (I tried to upload the sketch I used but blogger isn't liking it. - if you click the link it is the 5th sketch).  I used Kaiser Craft, Making Memories and Reminisce papers. I also used Prima Bling and Ippity Stamps Regal Greetings and Love in Return!   If you would like to see all of the Ippity Stamps I have available for purchase click the blinkies on the right.  These are amazing quality stamps (a sister company to Unity and only available from Ippity Chicks like ME)  I would love to send some your way!! If you are interested in either of these sets and purchase one of the sets on sale along with it, I will still offer you FREE shipping and lots of FREE paper and embellishments!! Send me an email if I can help!  To see the layout a little better click on it.  Sorry for the bad picture.
