Growing in Unity Day 2

This is one of my favorite Ippity quotes!! I thought it would be really fun with this Basic Grey paper and some Tim Holtz Distress Ink and a fabulous BoBunny charm.  My daughter really liked this one!!

Etsy Inspired Challenge #83

This week's featured Etsy shop is The Mouse Market. Absolutely adorable jewelry and mini items!  I LOVE LOVE LOVE ice cream and this little barrette caught my eye.  This 2 page layout will be going in the Baby Album I am making for Michaella's best friend.  I thought this Imaginisce paper was fun (especially since Mindi works at American Ice Cream!!) not soooooo babyish but really cute!  I also added some little mini butterflies to go along with the mini theme here! Fun challenge (see the EIC blog here) I will have to try this again. I used an Ippity journaling block stamp from the Ippity set Life's Little Moments. H{ippity} hop & spring cleaning!

I had a great weekend! Was featured on the Ippity blog (see the post below) and was inspired by the All Things Unity blog challenge to use scraps.  So I cleaned up my scrapbook table and I am a bit ashamed to say I have let the scraps pile up for quite a while!!  I made this card for my dd's boyfriend (every bit of it was in the scrap pile.  I don't even remember using that green mesh LOL!!)  Then as I continued to clean things up a bit I made 6 more cards using only scraps from the pile - and I am talking entire cards!! Even the card bases came out of the scrap pile!! It's too rainy to get good pictures of all of them but I will try to get them all on this week.
