FWF Friday!!!

I was asked this afternoon to make a card for a lady who is so super excited that her daughter is getting engaged! My card was inspired by this card by Christi on the DT hop. It is so funny to me how my mind works. I am the most forgetful person EVER - I hopped through all the blogs this morning and then when my friend asked me to make the card I thought I am going to use this stamp that I haven't used in awhile because I saw it on the hop. I could not remember who's blog I saw it or anything else about the card but as I was getting ready to post this I wanted to make sure I gave the artist credit so I went through the blogs again and found the card. Turns out I was more inspired than I originally thought!! I guess my brain also was inspired by the colors!! LOL Thanks Christi for the inspiration - loved your adorable card!!  So here is my card - which I am also entering in the Unity Challenge to use a heart. My sentiment is Ippity So this is Love and the inside of the card says Love and Laughter.  Have a great weekend. For more Unity inspiration start at the Unity Blog.

H{Ippity} Hop Monday!!

So for this card I actually started with the Ippity sketch!  thinking I could use the heart instead of the the square and the ticket in place of the oval... well I ended up veering so far from the sketch I decided NOT to enter it in the challenge LOL!!  But I do like how the card turned out anyway and I may enter the challenge with another card.  So have your tried the Ippity challenges yet?  You can play all month with a new challenge every week and win some great prizes.  All you need are some Ippity stamps - and I can hook you UP!!!  These stamps are fabulous you will be in LOVE!!!  For this card I used So this is Love, Dots for Sure and Here and Now.  You can get all three of these sets from me for only $40, Free shipping and Free handmade flowers and 6x6 papers!!  Try Ippity today!!

Ippity Hip Hop Monday

I am so sorry to be late getting this up this morning!!  This first card I made for the kissing technique this week on Simply Scrapping Crafts.  I inked the flower stamp from Ippity set So This is Love with fluid chalk ink first and then inked my Bit of Burlap stamp with brown - then kissed the flower stamp into the Bit of Burlap (added a little extra brown just at the edges and then stamped onto the cardstock.  Fun technique and great challenge.  The next two cards I made for Kelly's Birthday Ippity Challenge but couldn't decide which I liked better.  All of these Ippity sets are in stock and ready to send out to a good home!! Remember I have Free 6x6 papers, embellishments and Free Handmade Fabric Flowers with every order!!  I will be mailing these cards along with my other Hope you Can Cling To challenge cards!! Have a great Monday!
