Unity Friends with Flair Friday

Well mine is all Ippity today!! Love these flowers from the Now and Always set! (find it for sale along with all the other Ippity sets by clicking here!)   The card with the frame I did for a card challenge over on SSC. And I am sponsoring the challenges this month - Ippity Prize!!  I know my pictures are not good here but for this beautiful flower I painted it with Shimmerz Paint to get this cool look.  It is shimmery amazing in person!!  I also shimmered the butterfly too!!  After making the card with the frame first I loved it so much I made more.  I think I am going to do cards for each of the girls in my bible study with this flower too.  Love it!

It's Monday time for some Ippity!!

I have a couple of cards today that I made to ACTUALLY send out!! So often I make cards for DT or challenges, etc. and never make a card just 'cause I need to send one out!  I used Ippity stamp set Just Wanted to Say.  I also used my new Lacy Labels cricut cartridge.  I think I am going to really really like that cartridge.  All cardstock is from PTI.

All Things Unity!!

I am playing along with the "All Things Unity" challenge.  Here is the fabulous sketch and my card.  I used the Echo Park A Walk in the Park line.  The stamp is from the March 2010 Kit of the Month.

Lucky died today

He was the sweetest dog ever!!! I know many of you who used to come in the old store loved him too...

We got Lucky for Mariah's 4th birthday - he died today on her 16th birthday. Michaella found him...

I remember the way he used to play with Mariah (always so patient with her)...

I remember the day Michaella took him to school for show and tell...

Todd didn't want a dog - but Lucky became his best friend...

I loved that he was always waiting for me when I came home.

He will be GREATLY missed!!!

H(ippity) Hop Monday

This card was created for the Card Challenge at Simply Scrapping Crafts.  This week is all about the Sentiments!  This sentiment is from the Ippity Set Delightful Little Things.  This card also works for the Ippity challenge this week to use turquoise, yellow and one other color. The paper is from October Afternoon's Thrift Shop.  And yes I am still crazy about this crinkly ribbon!!  Have a good Monday!

I am so GLAD it's Friday!!

Ippity Hip Hop & A Winner

I think I am loving how this layout turned out!!  What do you think?  This will be the layout that I teach at the class on August 21st.  I will also be teaching a card or two!!  Cynde and Nikki will each be teaching a layout as well.  We have decided to keep the classes shorter and lower the cost to $25.00!!!  We will have some kits available to purchase separately and will, of course, be available to help out with those or you can use the extra time to work on your own projects.  If you are interested in signing up, shoot me an email!!  You can see the stamping on the layouts a little closer in the photos below.  If you are interested in any of the stamps you see here, click on the Ippity for Sale tab above to see all of the kits and the pricing.

Also, I promised a PRIZE to one follower!!  Here it is - B-Jo - email me your addy and I will get your prize out to you right away!!

Happy Friday!  I want to share the card I made for my Stamp & Scrap challenge at SSC!  It is all about using items from your sewing basket.  I used seam binding (for the crinkly ribbon), cotton batting (sprayed with the same smooch spray that I used to dye the seam binding), plaid fabric, felt and thread.  The stamp is from the Delightful Little Things Ippity set. (which I have for sale on my Ippity page click on the tab at the top of the page if you want more information.)  Have a fabulous stampy weekend!!
