Another Core'dinations Crop Challenge

I just love a good challenge to get my juices flowing!!!  These cards are also for Michaella's collection to use at school. (I mean if you have to send a note home with a kid because of discipline issues wouldn't it be easier to take with a super cute card?!) Well at least I think so! LOL  Debbie's All Cardstock challenge inspired me.

I used all Core'dinations Kraft cardstock for this challenge.  Love the kraft and the way it looks sanded!!! It is also perfect for the inside of a card because it is not too dark to write a  note!  I love it for fall cards! So I stamped up these adorable pumpkins from Ippity set Fall for You. I cut out the large pumpkin layers 3 times and sanded the edges to give it a great shaded look. Then used pop up foam to give it a nice look.  For the short pumpkin I cut out the center oval 4 times, sanded, folded in half and glued together to make this a 3-D pumpkin!!  I added a little American Crafts ribbon (a little twine) and a few Prima Flowers to embellish.  I sanded the orange top layer of cardstock then stitched it to my yellow and layered on top of the brown.  The sentiment stamp is from Ippity set Just Wanted to Say.

If you want to see more fabulous Ippity sets click here and then choose me, Rona Mallard as your Ippity chick.  (My picture is on the bottom row in the middle). Choosing me does not obligate you to make a purchase but allows you to see all the stamps.  If you decide to buy that's great and I truly appreciate your business!! You can also order your Unity stamps on the same order.  Ippity is just a co-brand of Unity sold by Ippity chicks like me!!!  Thanks for stopping by! Have a great weekend!!

Ippity Monday

Hope everyone had a GREAT World Card Making Day!!  I had lots of fun and had quite a bit of crafty time to make cards!  I have a few to share today and will try to share more later this week.

For this card I used Ippity stamp sets A Little Buggy (happy) and Fall for You (birthday). I also used this great new Fancy Pants paper!! To get the shaped card I cute blue cardstock with the Lacy Labels Cricut Cartridge. Then cut a circle with my spellbinders die. The card base is actually a square card. Isn't this Fancy Pants ribbon cute - and the flower is from Angie Blom - LOVE IT!!

For this card I used Ippity stamp set Delightful Little Things. The paper is from SEI (moonbeam I think) it is gorgeous and soooooo shiny!! It reminded me of that old foil wallpaper - except gorgeous not weird LOL!! I also used one of my handmade flowers (that you can receive for FREE by ordering your Ippity stamps from me!!

This card also uses a stamp from Delightful Little Things. This was for a one layer challenge. I have such a hard time with those but I really like how this turned out. It is kind of hard to tell in this picture but the card base is a pretty cream color and the ink and ribbon match fabulously!! I love the Jillibean Soup pin and the little bling flower by the heart. I will be doing more one-layer cards!!!

This was the first card I made this weekend. I was excited to find this fabric Saturday after the Autism Walk-a-Thon!! I also picked up this Prima paper Saturday morning and couldn't wait to use it!! I love this sentiment from Quotes a'la Happy!!! I just added some color to the word Happy with a copic marker. What do you think of the flower? Should I add some of these to the "FREE" ones with an Ippity purchase?

For this card we were challenged to stamp on fabric - so I used my Ippity Dots for Sure stamp and stamped this new teal fabric and then (of course) made it into a flower!! The paper is all SEI Happy Day. The celebrate stamp is Unity from the Birthday Chic set.  Well that is what I had to share today - have a FABULOUS Monday!!

What's Your Style?

Winner winner chicken dinner ***Pryn you are the only guess of Shabby Chic - which is my other favorite style - I do love all things distressed and lacy!!! Some fun fall paper is heading your way!!

That is the question for this time's All Things Unity challenge.  (there is still time to enter - give it a try!!) Well last night after supper I decided I was going to do something for this challenge.  11 CARDS later I decided that Fun and Cute is my style (at least for the day!!)  I actually think I use another style pretty much equally.  So today leave me a comment guessing which "other" style I usually go towards and I will send 1 person who answers correctly a bunch of 6x6 papers.  Which 6x6 papers you ask - well take a look at these 11 cards... I took out 1 new paper pad (Imaginisce Apple Cider) and 2 stamps (1 is from Ippity Fall for You and the other is from an adorable Unity set that I searched and searched and can't find the name of!!) and had a BLAST.  I only used one of each of the sheets and I am ready to share. Oh and if you can guess which was the 11th card I made I will give you a bonus chance in random number generator.  I can always tell when it's time for bed the cards just quit flowing... anybody else have that issue?!!  Sorry for the bad photos I was dealing with lots of shadows - but you'll get the idea. Oh and yes I just realized there are only 10 cards here - the very last one shown I made two exactly the same and did not take a picture of both.
