H{ippity} Hop Monday!!
For this layout I used Ippity set Life's Little Moments which is a great scrapbooking set.(Don't forget every Ippity purchase from me receives a handmade fabric flower I can even do one for you like the ones on this layout if you request it!!) I created this layout for the Stitching and Fabric Scrapbook challenge at the Outlawz!! Come on over and play - we have a new challenge every day!!
For this card I stamped on Clearsnap foil with my Ippity heart from the Devoted set (can you tell I adore that set!! It is a must have!!) After stamped I cut it out and sanded the edges a bit - I like the distressed look it created!! The sentiment is from Unity set Inside and Out which I couldn't find to link but is a great set! I wanted this card to be a Valentine but not too feminine and flowery (I know a huge challenge for me!!)
THANK YOU THANK YOU JIMMY AND LISA for picking my card for yesterday's picks on the Unity AND Ippity blogs - You totally made my day!!
OK that's it for me have a great Monday and hop back to the Ippity blog for more inspiration!!

Happy FWF Friday!!
Don't you just love this time of year? So what sneaks are you loving? I have too many favorites to list!!! So for today I am actually entering some challenges!! This first card is for the Etsy Inspired Challenge. This week Nanny's Room was where we were to find inspiration - there were lots of beautiful pieces to choose from. This is what I chose. For my card I used my new Unity Store Kit Deepest Sympathy and Simply Said. I know I will use this set a lot because the sentiments are needed and the images are beautiful!! My card is going to friends who just found out he has colon cancer.
For my second card I am entering the Ippity challenge to use brads. This card was inspired by a card my super talented friend Pryn did and I have wanted to do something like this since I fell in love with her card!
Here's her's - isn't it gorgeous!!
and this is mine! I used brads for the centers of my flowers. I know this picture does not show the pink very well for some reason. It is cute in real life! The wildflowers are from Ippity set Sing a New Song and the quote is from Devoted. Thanks for visiting! Enjoy your Friday! Don't forget to check out the rest of the Unity Inspiration by starting at the Unity blog.

H{ippity} Hop Monday!!
Ok I know this doesn't look like it but I got a lot done this weekend!! I did a couple of scrapbook layouts for the Outlawz design team (which I will be able to show in the coming weeks) and a couple of cards too. I intended to have a couple more to share today but Sunday did not go as planned... so I do have this one card. The felt flower was super fun to make (I did this in the class I taught last weekend!!) The card didn't come out quite like I had hoped. But I do love this fun Ippity sentiment from the Party Hat Wishes set (which is in stock!!) Have a great Monday.
Next weekend I'm going to CHA!! - well online anyway - check this out it's for a great cause!!

My first layout on The Outlawz!!
Come on over to The Outlawz and check out this Butterflies and Swirls Challenge!!! This is Mariah's last year's school picture. I read an article in Creating Keepsakes about loving your layouts in 20 years. I wanted this one to be that type of layout. I used a Fancy Pants transparency and Fancy Pants Road Show papers. I used two Unity stamps, Stampin' Up swirl die and butterflies die. The pearl swirls are Zva and the large butterfly was cut with my Sentimental Cricut cartridge. 9th Grade was cut with Winter Wonderland Cricut cartridge. Have a scrappy weekend!!

I am sending this to her along with some reading glasses - I don't think she needs them yet but boy I sure did right around the time I turned 40 WHAT IS UP WITH THAT!!! I had to do a little something to joke about the age right!! So in honor of the BESTEST SISTER IN THE WHOLE WORLD turning 40 Party Hat Wishes is ON SALE $3.00 off - just leave me a comment and I will refund the $3.00. You can still get free shipping if you spend $40.00 (just choose the stamp set in the drop down menu - not stamp set plus shipping) and of course you ALWAYS get FREE HANDMADE FLOWERS and Free 6x6 papers with every order!!! A little Wall Hanging
I haven't been too crafty lately but I did do this little wall hanging and I love how it turned out. I used a regular piece of cardboard. Tore off some of the outer paper to get a cool corrugated look. Then painted it all with white acrylic paint. Then I stamped directly on the cardboard with my new IOD Unity stamps!! Gorgeous - Love THESE!!! (there is also a contest going at Unity using any of their new co-brand stamps - this is my entry!!) I used the same ink to add extra color around the distressed edges. I also added some ink over the flower making the tattered edges look really cool (hard to see in this photo) Then I sprayed the whole thing and the flower with glimmer mist. I love the shimmer it gave it - also hard to see in this photo sorry) I stamped the title on My Minds Eye paper, tore the edges and added some extra ink. I also made a little corner piece out of the same paper and ink to use at the other corner of the photo. I added some pink zva pearls and a border cut out of bazzill with a PTI border die. It will hang with some matching pink ribbon. I love this picture and this simple project will let me enjoy it all the time!!
