I had an Ippity VSN weekend!!

Well at least part of the weekend - I got busy on Saturday and didn't get to do much but I did get several challenges done Friday night.  It was a lot of fun and really got me out of my normal comfort zone.
This first card had to be blue and white - I used my cuttlebug and sanded the blue paper and colored in some of the letters with a blue copic that matched the blue.  Not the best card ever but I thought it would be a nice guy card and I got it done in the allotted 45 minutes.  The second card here was a sketch and it was my first challenge.  It was very challenging LOL!!  The 3rd card turned out better than I thought it would.  I colored over some whitewash core'dinations cardstock with my copics then embossed it with my cuttlebug.  I then sanded the cardstock and colored my fishy with the same copics.  It turned out better than I expected. The fourth card was a music challenge and I used my new PTI cardstock and some of the background paper from My Minds Eye that you can buy from Ippity.  Love the distressed look.  THE LAST card is my favorite!! The challenge was to use white on white and I love how this one turned out!! In person you can see the snowy shimmerz vibez I used on the embossed paper, ribbon and flower.  I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!  Have a great Ippity Monday!! I did a layout!! Yippie!!

and with this awesome Love in Return kit it was easy! I did add the pearls; the butterfly stamp was from Unity Bevy of Butterflies; and, the fun stamp is from Unity Time for Travel - if you purchase this kit from me and work on it during the March 6th crop I will have these extra stamps available, if not, I would be happy to stamp up the butterflies for you and include them with your kit. I have lots of stuff left in my kit and I hope to do another couple of layouts - I am in the scrappin' mood again!! and there are lots of other super cute stamps in this kit that are begging for ink!! I do need to point out that my daughter hates this picture - it was from 3 years ago and she has changed a lot but I like it and several others I took that day so I will be using them anyway! and life is interesting and fun because of her and of course, her sister too!!

A Regal Greeting to you!!

Music of My Heart

I still have lots of playing to do with this kit!!  It is a fun one with tons of stuff in it!!  I love how this first card turned out!!  The green grid is a transparency cut with my nesties!! I stamped the music background on some background paper and again over the background paper which was already layered onto the white.  The felt flowers were also cut with my nesties.  And don't you just love the sentiment "life is a song. sing it loud".  For the other two cards I used some of the more vintage papers in the kit.  I want to use some of these great stamps and papers on some scrapbook layouts too. Ippity Hop Monday - IS "Right where you should be!!"

This is a really fun set!! My cards today were all made using the kit I have for sale which includes this stamp set and lots of paper and embellishments! My super talented friend Nikki bought this kit from me and she also has several AWESOME layouts (and a card!!) on her blog using it!! the only items on these cards not included in the kit is the little flower brad and the white card base for the very last card (which was probably my first ever 5 minute card - and I love it!!)  Hope you had fun checking out all the fabulous Ippity today.  I will be back tomorrow with Music of my Heart!

What Matters Most

I absolutely LOVE these stamps!!  They are so fun - What Matters Most is my favorite from this release!! Love the inspirational messages AND the cute images!! Click on Ippity Winter 2010 to see the full set.  I had so much fun putting together KITS to go along with each stamp set.  This Kit was really fun and I love everything in it!!  If you purchase What Matters Most from me you will receive the stamps AND enough paper and embellishments to make LOTS of projects. Take a peek at what I did with mine. Ippity Do Da Day!!

Today is a super exciting day ... Release day for the 8 new Ippity sets (see them all on the post below)!  I have them all and am absolutely loving them.You can get yours too - just shoot me an email!

The cards below are the cards I will be teaching at our Ippity Do Da Day March 6th!!  We will be doing cards, a mini book and several layouts!!  I have goodie bags, games and prizes!  We are planning to do classes and have open cropping time 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.  I will also have all my Ippity stamps available to use and for purchase.  If you are interested in signing up contact me asap - we are accepting the first 20 people who send in their fee.

I love this last card!  I hate how the picture turned out because you can't see the detail, or the pretty music background or the beautiful shimmer from the Shimmerz Vibes but it really looks amazing in person.

these two are really sparkly because I used the new Shimmerz Vibez on them - the little green flower was white!  and this last page doesn't have any stamping but I thought I would show it anyway.  The page that will be next to it says and Peace that passes all understanding.  The back cover has the adorable Unity stamp that says May you Live all the days of your Life!!  It will all be bound with a ring on the side.  I hope she likes it was really fun to do!!  All of the paper is bobunny.  All stamps are Unity or Ippity!
